"I worked here a long time ago and I still wish I would’ve reported the manager to hr. I was mistreated the whole time I was there and If someone is looking to apply to this rite aid I suggest you look for another one."
"My wife went to this pharmacy to request a Covid Booster, as a walk in. To her surprise, there was no wait, so after filling out the necessary paperwork, Rita Beller, the pharmacist, gave her the shot. Rita was kind and professional. Rite Aid had both Moderna and Pfizer boosters on hand. She could not believe how easy it was. She was very impressed by Rita and her staff. Everyone was friendly. The pharmacy area was spic and span (unlike some other pharmacies). I am thinking of transferring my prescriptions to Rite AId."
"I ordered over the counter medication off of the app and sent my husband to go pick it up. He stood there for 30 mins while two of the workers literally walked past him multiple times doing God knows what. One even came up and asked him if he still needed anything and once again he told them that he was there to pick up medication for me, after that interaction they continued to ignore him until he decided to leave. So, I had to get my sick self up out of bed to walk down there and assist the issue. Mind you I was pissed and not feeling good at all. When confronted, the lady behind the counter said that she had been working since 11am and that she didn't see any guy waiting there. Then she told me that they didn't have any online order on their screen, but for some reason before I could show her my phone proving that I had bought the item at this location online, she went over to the pick station and found my order. Well, go figure, right? Then turned to me and asked "So, what was the problem?" Clearly, not wanting to hear anymore of her atidude I said "nevermind.". ,But the problem was that you should have done your job correctly the first time, instead of making it more inconvenient for sick people. Some people just shouldn't work in customer service, and here was a clear example."
"The worst experience I ever had. Store smelled of garbage and looked horrible. After waiting 20 min in line while manager and her friend where chit chatting off to the side while the only employee that was working was a little old lady who clearly was overwhelmed asked for assistance was responded with eye rolling and annoyed to be bothered to do her job. I felt so bad for the nice older lady who didn't deserve any of that. I had to write a review in response to my experience and hopefully corporate can get to that store and fix it because it's horrible"
"Fine. I guess to be fair I don't really expect much out of a small grocery/drug store. Store was clean and pretty empty so I didn't have to deal with anything like long lines or anything. Well-stocked I managed to find everything I wanted to buy and some things that I wanted to look at as well. There weren't really any associates except for this one older lady, but there wasn't a huge need for there to be a bunch of associates. The lady wasn't rude, but I'm not sure she applied discounts correctly. I bought some snacks that had 2/6 deals on them and looked at the receipt and noticed that the discount wasn't applied correctly. Only applied on one item. Otherwise pretty good quick pitstop for snacks and I also managed to pick up my Amazon packages from here easily and the locker was pretty easy to find and use."
