"The hotel overall is good. It provides the free parking with the garage next to the hotel. Make sure park at level 4 and walk to the bus station entrance. The hotel is next to the street. (Don’t walk to the pedestrian bridge!) Anyway, it is the hotel I will consider to stay next time."

"The location is great, but there is no free parking. You are supposed to pay $10 per 24 hours, and I think you can do it by yourself - no purpose to make it so complicated when you use a ticket from the hotel (they will be billedfor your anyway). If you need something downtown, it can be an option, but I wasn't impressed and not sure that I want to stay here again."

"Our experience staying at this hotel was good. The rooms though very simple, were clean with basic amenities like coffee maker and desk. The staff is good and makes sure all requests are handled on time and to the satisfaction. The hotel is next to Main street and restaurants which makes it a great location. The hotel has a decent free breakfast and wifi which is good. The hotel is old as its next to historic buildings, so it lacks the luxury feel compared to other Hyatt hotels. Will recommend this place for economy stay."

"Everything about this hotel exceeded expectations. The location is very convenient for walking into town. We visited the area for Christkindlmarkt and it was a short drive from there. We used the garage across the street for the $10 overnight parking and had no issues. The room was surprisingly large and plenty of room for 4 of us to stretch out. Everything looked clean. The free breakfast was very nice and convenient. Every staff person we came across during our stay was approachable and helpful. I would definitely stay here again."
