"Disappointing in this nail salon and their services. I have heard from my two patients who uses wheelchairs to maneuver. That lotus nail salon was not able to provide equitable or accessible service to them. This is terrible!!! Would not recommend to all if they not are inclusive to all!"

"Go to Lotus Nail Salon!!!!! You will not be disappointed!!!!! I have been going to Lotus Nail Salon for years. The salon itself is very updated, spacious and most important CLEAN. The prices are extremely reasonable. Honestly all of the techs are great at what they do, I've had my manicures, pedicures and waxing done by almost all the staff- all individually great and talented! For the last 2 years or so I've gone specifically to Michelle, she is so personable and extremely talented. I bring inspiration from Pinterest pretty much every session and she always does a phenomenal job!!! When I'm not trying to be trendy my go to is French manicure- and again always comes out perfect even though I have 2 fingers that bend different ways lol she still gets the lines just right! She has taught me to take care of my nails- to use gloves when I clean and do dishes and because of all this advise, most of my nails are natural now! My nails have never looked healthier!!! Hannah is also another wonderful tech I have worked with on a regular basis and again all of the techs are sweet and their work speaks for itself- whoever you go to, you'll be pleased with service!"

"Going here I already expected a wait because the salon is in the the mall. I signed in and had 2 people a head of me. The one lady was taken back and the other lady left after I sat down to wait. So I was up next another 3 ladies came in after me and the first one was asked what she needed and taken back. The older lady that worked there looked at me and said what do you need? I told her a full set she told me 5 minutes. 20 minutes goes by she comes up front and asked the other lady that was waiting what she needed and then told her to go in the back, she then tells me to wait 5 more minutes and that she took the lady because she only does pedicures. All together I waited an hour. I was very close to leaving because of the wait and people being taken before me even though I was first. Once I got in the chair it took about an hour. I got a full set with gel polish and what they consider tropical nails (when nail is painted half way). I paid $48 plus a tip which is reasonable. I would have given a lower review based on professionalism and customer curtesy but my nails look great!! The first picture is when they were done and the second picture is a week later and they still look great!! They aren’t even showing signs of being a refill!! So if you don’t mind a long wait go! I wish they took appointments because I’d make this my main salon!!"
