".We have been before twice - for ear piercing and a makeover both were great ! however I really wish I listened to all the other reviewers on avoiding this place for a birthday party The idea is so cute but it just honestly wasn't great and makes me sad. Hair took forever and the girls aren't allowed to get up to dance while waiting . Makeup was a dusting on their eyes. They let the girls pick their costumes but nobody was helping them into them at first . They never got to dance which is all they wanted to do- they kept making them sit down . Basically for $400 the party was sitting down. The girls were kinda rude and not what I would think for a kids party. Bathroom and party room were also really disgusting . It is just not worth the cost - I would personally just take a daughter and 1 friend next time for a makeover and avoid a Party Really disappointing since we will never be able to celebrate 5 again . Just trust me and don't book a party ."

"Highly recommend to avoid this place at all costs. My daughter and I had a gift card (purchased at their location) and it wasn't honored during our 2nd visit when it clearly had a balance on it. The manager asked me to pay for the service AND give her the gift card with remaining balance promising that someone will give me a call back, however no one ever called. It's been over 2 months. I followed up twice, however wasn't provided an expected timing, resolution or a way to contact the owner or franchise. Customer service is non-existent. Please stay away and do not purchase gift cards there."

"Great idea. Horrible execution. My daughters dress was broken,(birthday girl) the lotion station had like 2 drops per container, the "pick your own toys" were toys from a 25Cent gumball machine, the bathbomb station was emptied, pizza (not thier fault) was not even cut, and cheese was destroyed, the party room was disgusting, the plates n napkins looked like it was left overs from the party before, the girls were very sweet but had no emotions, the make up was a dusting of shadow, hair wasn't even brushed just sprayed down. Anyways, 100% was not worth what it cost."

"We took my daughter to get her ears pierced for her 3rd bday & we had such a great experience. The 2 women that did it where friendly and wonderful and made her feel calm. They also hid what they where doing so she didn’t get worked up! She picked out some nail polish & more earrings for when she can change them out as well. We will be back for the other services they offer!"

"I DO NOT RECOMMEND! I just had my daughter’s birthday here this past Friday and it was so chaotic, unprofessional, not friendly to kids and the manager and owner do not care! We chose the princess package and there was 1 employee in the entire place( normally there is suppose to be 3-4 employees since there is 8 girls to do hair, makeup, nails on). The party is only an hour and a half long. An hr in this employee is still trying to do hair and nails and makeup to the point where not everyone could have it done. They skipped things that were suppose to be and included in the package because there “wasn’t enough time”. She lead us to the cake room where she disappeared the entire time and I found her waiting up front waiting for me to pay The FULL PRICE. I tried reaching out to the manager and she pretty much gave the impression that she could care less because her birthday is over with and I already paid for it and it is what it is. I feel so bad that this was our experience here especially on my daughter’s birthday."
