"Terrible experience for the price. Customer service was not good. Me and my friend got manicures with gel and it was done very fast and not correct. We paid $100 for a five minute service. Not worth it."

"I have been getting pedicure here for years. But this visit she cut my left big toe when cutting my cuticle. She quickly put her hand on my toe to try to stop it from bleeding. When I noticed it and said something she tired to put acetone on it. I was upset about that and told them as I was leaving. When I got home I noticed she had scraped my skin on my right big toe. I'm never going back. If she didn't want to work she should have stayed home. Not mistreat the customers. This customer won't be back to be mistreated."

"Girl let me tell you. So I got a gel mani and pedi here because I know they are dead during the week and this was the day before Valentines. I haven’t been here since they opened a couple years ago and forgot why. They did a nice job on my hands but my pedicure……whole different story. SHE JACKED THEM UP! Mind you, like I said it is Feb 15th that I’m writing this review and I got them done on Valentines soooo they should not look like this. Both of my big toes have bubbles in it and she did a jacked up job cutting and filing my nails. I could have done a better job. I hate them so much I wanted to cry. I normally go to Luxe in Cherry Hill or La Moda in Moorestown. Both amazing like A1 service an beautiful nails all the time but they are always packed. I will never ever go back to this place again. I’m going to have to find another spot that is less crowded because this is unacceptable."

"Iv been getting my nails done for a while now and iv never ever had pain while getting them done. My usual place wasn’t taking appointments so I decided to go here instead with my sister. Had these nails in for a few weeks now and decided I wanted to take them off and start fresh with a new set. Instead of soaking my nails the lady ripped them off. She saw I was in pain and only soaked the one nail while ripping off the others. In the process she cut my finger and I bled quite a bit. Once that was over, she continued to finish up my nails. Once she unevenly added the acrylic to my nails, she started to file it with the drill bit. Which then she cut me again and burned me. She then added the polish, again, unevenly. Some spots you could see through, some spots where piled on and part of my thumb isn’t even covered. Because of hurting me she charged me 45$ instead of 50$ I left no tip. I left so upset. I don’t have much money so the only thing I do for myself is get my nails done which isn’t cheap. But it makes me feel good about myself and this lady took my money, made me bleed, and claimed she was a “professional” a dozen times. So I decided about 10 mins after I left to give them a call. I described the situation, told them about everything and they kept resisting. I wanted my money back. But they wouldn’t give it to me. For me to get my money back they would have to take off what they just did and I was not about to let them handle my hands again. He then gave me half back once I told them that. Half is better than nothing. And I’m not going back there again. Sorry for the rant, but I’m just annoyed by the service there."
