"i usually pass out everytime i get lab work done, so safe to say i was nervous. truly the fastest and least painful blood draw of my life. the lady was so sweet and got everything ready in case i did pass out. i wish i would’ve gotten her name to shout her out that’s how awesome she was. my appointment was at 130 and i was in my car leaving at 136. honestly couldn't have gone better!"

"Nicer since the new remodel, always clean however the younger lab tech could be not as rude. Yes people have bad days but why should patients take the brunt of it?"

"This happened in 2019. I'm writing this now since it still matters. I had an appointment for a routine test for a new job. The technician whom I had to work with was very unprofessional. The associate didn't call me by name, then threw my documents to a surface, spoke to me in a very rude manner. I kept my cool and was trying to be nice thinking that she may have had a bad day. But when she didn't seal my sample in front of me and took the open container (lid open) to a room, I questioned it and refused to sign that she sealed it in front of me - since she didn't. Then the associate threw my sample in the bio hazard trash (now lid closed but still unsealed). She then asked me to book another test with my new company, but I refused and asked her to do another test the right way. Another associate intervened, apologized and did another test. I had to wait about two hours to get the new test done due to process. The second associate told me that the first one was a new hire. I requested their corporate number to complain but I don't think the number the second associate gave is a corporate one. It went to someone's voice mail and the person never got back to me. My review is not for the one time bad experience, but for their lack of process to not let something like that happen and not having a way to complain or make it right."

"Besides the drive from Ohio, I love my Quest office in Coroapolis & the workers as well. They are always friendly, quick and efficient. I've never had a problem with their office. Brandy is one of their best workers there. I recommend their office for your lab needs."
