"I was a walk in with a cracked tooth that was cutting my tongue which was very painful and I was unable to eat or swallow. The dentist fixed my broken tooth that day and told me that I didn't need a root canal and put on a temporary crown that day. He worked for at least 3 hours and was very kind and did not cause me any pain. He was very honest and explained everything and showed me the x-rays. my insurance covered the major portion of the procedure. one month later I went back for my permanent crown, which fit perfectly and was absolutely beautiful . However, my nerves were instantly diminished when I stepped into the office. Every member of the staff was kind and welcoming and consistently asked if I was comfortable during my procedures. "I was in so much pain then I wasn’t, all thanks to this dentist! They squeezed me in as an emergency appointment and warned me that I may have a wait, but I had less of a wait than my normal dentist! Perfect place for an emergency!! I couldn’t afford a root canal and crown so I opted for extraction with bone graft. I read all the comments and reviews and I can say without a doubt that the dentist also reads them and made adjustments compared to the previous complaints. He explained everything, but allowed me time to think and allowed me to make my own choices for treatment. He made suggestions for future care but wasn’t at all pushy. He allowed time for Novacaine to take effect, but also gave additional just before pulling the tooth to ensure my comfort. He was swift in his procedure. The website was up front about not prescribing narcotics so I wasn’t surprised at the ibuprofen and antibiotics script. And the staff… just delightful! Each and every member was a joy to work with despite my initial pain making me a nut case."
