"Just off highway hotel. RRI was the best in the inexpensive hotels in the noughties. They're still hard to beat, but the properties are showing their age. This location in Hagerstown has had some investment by the franchisee. The bathroom and beds are best in class. Best of all is the Waffle House on the adjoining lot."
"BED BUG WARNING: My husband and I stayed here for one night in mid-November. Our experience was terrible, as we found bed bug bites all over our face, neck, and arms after our stay. (Pictures attached). We called the hotel to let them know and to request a refund, and they told us that they would get back to us about calling pest control. They never called us back. A week later when I called back to get an update, the front desk person made it seem like I was inconveniencing them, and there was still no update. A month later, there has still been no contact from the hotel and nor has there been a refund. As I'm reading recent reviews, it looks like bed bugs are STILL an issue in room 147 (which they said they would stop letting guests book) so it seems like they never called pest control after all, and neither do they care about cleanliness nor the health of their guests after repeated complaints. PLEASE STAY AWAY."
"BED BUGS!!! I have a habit of checking hotel beds before getting in them and I am so glad I did. The corner of the bed towards the headrest was loaded with bed bugs at the folds of the bed skirts. It's incredible how easily I found them. I can only imagine what else I would have found if I search more, but I couldn't get out of there fast enough. STAY AWAY FROM INFESTED HOTEL!! TERRIBLE AND DIRTY! Room number was 147 + 148"
"Room smelled musty, very outdated, wasnt the cleanest, sheets are stained, for a premium roof i didn't see nothing premium about it. Bathrooms were questionable, it was late and we ended up changed to this location as we was tired and didn't want to drive a hr 1/2 to the one we was planning on staying at. Idk if it was a good idea or not considering the reviews after we got here. definitely won't be coming or staying at this location again. front desk was helpful and friendly at check in probably the best part of the whole stay, glad it was only for 1 night and hopefully we dont catch anything or get biten by anything."
"Not the greatest place Iβve stayed, but I needed an inexpensive room for the night and it fit my needs. Staff was helpful, even allowing me to park my car right at the front door because I was concerned about the bicycle I had on the back of my car. The next day the bicycle was fine, I was fine, and got right back on the interstate to make my final leg home. (BTW, there is an excellent brewery and pizza place within a 5β drive; Cushwa Brewing and Rad Pies Pizza.)"
