"I left my toy poodle mix with Trish, for shampoo and hair cut. Picked up my dog there a were two one inch cuts on her thigh . She did not follow my directions on the hair cut. Today the cuts looks infected. Taken to vet. I believe that my dog was treated unfairly in my absence."

"I was able to get in touch with them before hand as my cat is special needs and needs a little extra attention. They were willing to work with me and had me bring him first thing in the morning. Both employees were friendly and welcoming. I was able to stay with him the whole time, the person doing the grooming did a great job and was able to get us in and out in a timely manner. Will definitely be making an appointment for my other pets as well"
