"Literally the worse place you can come to for an X-ray or any scanning. Expect to be waiting 2 hours and more for anything. They take people Infront of you even tho you were there first. I definitely don’t recommend this place."

"Quick and easy. I have come here a few times now because my insurance changed what facilities are considered in-network and/or allowed and now I have to do certain MRIs at a free standing facility versus a facility in or attached to a hospital. I unfortunately do a lot of MRIS and by a lot, I mean 100s throughout my life (averaging 2-6 a year). Receptionists and staff have always be friendly and polite. Their location is convenient. The facility is for various radiology tests and nothing else (this isn't a place you go to get treated for something or talk to someone about your medical issues...that should be your normal doctor that prescribed the radiology test(s)). A free standing radiology facility is much less expensive than a facility inside or attached to a hospital for both your insurance company and you. I have never had a issue obtaining a copy of the images on CD to take back to my doctor (radiology is very much digital these days....I am unsure who might still be using film these days, but the standard now is digital images typically shared on a CD which you can look at on your own computer if your savvy enough to do such, but is really meant to give to your doctor who ordered the radiology test(s) and along with radiology report, will be better able to diagnose and/or treat you."

"I am surprised by the bad reviews because I did not experience a single person who was rude, instead everyone was very nice and helpful. I took my dad for a CT scan. He doesn’t speak English so I was there with him the whole time until they did the CT scan. We had an appointment and we were in and out in 15 minutes. Everyone was extremely friendly, nice, polite and patient. From the front desk to Justin who did his CT scan. He made my dad feel comfortable, at easy and he was also very quick. I appreciate that he explained everything to me and answered all of my questions. Thank you guys for being so nice, helpful and quick."

"They can't give you your images unless on their disk. So, in 2023 when computers don't even have disk readers built in, you can't have your own diagnosis and images of you own body, and cannot benefit from care in any other city/country because you cannot see or use those images unless you have their disk, again even tho you paid for it and it's you, the patient that is entitled the most to decide what information to share or not. American healthcare - you have no right over your own body's pictures, even if you pay for it, where the medical system is against humanity and people and they make it the most difficult possible to receive care."

"Should have listened to all the other terrible reviews.. I called around after getting a referral from my doctor just for preventative measures more than anything. I was lucky to snag a spot after a cancellation so I booked the appt. Wait time wasn't too bad and the front receptionist was nice enough until I got to their ultrasound tech. Angela was rude, abrasive and lacked basic communication and most of all empathy. I tried explaining to her why I didn't feel comfortable working with her as our personalities just did not clash. When I asked if I could see anyone else the front receptionist was uncomfortable smiling in my face the entire time saying there was nothing they could do as she was the only ultrasound tech available and was not able to go anywhere else any time soon. I bit the bullet and went through the ultrasound that was less than 5 min. When I tried to ask questions she was rude and abrasive again and immediately defensive at everything I asked. I ended up being the one apologizing to her at the end for not being able to get along but we were just not comparable. When I left I voiced my concerns again to the front receptionist saying this is the first time this has ever happened with that tech. Implying it was a me problem instead of her. When she kept telling me there was nothing they could do over and over again I simply said this: "I'm voicing my concerns now because if anyone else has this problem in the future and it becomes a consistent thing, then maybe you should find another tech all together. She doesn't make you feel comfortable when you're in a vunerable position with something concerning your health." They could care less and just wanted me out. It's unfortunate the lack of healthcare staff and the ones I've encountered just don't seem to have empathy or compassion which I believe is #1 especially in the health care world."
