"My service here is usually good but this particular experience was the worst experience I’ve ever had as a consumer. I initially came in for solar powder refill and pedicure. I was taken to the station and sat down. I explained who did my nails and showed tech which station once he asked ( this should’ve been my 1st red flag) he began prepping my nails and cutting them down. I explained that they were getting too long for my line of work. He place multiple shades up to my nail still unable to find a color that matched. After I explained to him that the colors were too pink and my nails were a natural color she usually just puts on my nails. The tech became angered and he told me that I could take a seat upfront and someone else would help me. They discussed what I assumed was what was going on in a language other than English and after a few back & forth exchanges amongst each other I was handed off to another tech who tried to again put a different product & color on my nail. I asked to just remove my solar powder overlay. She ripped my nails off, she didn’t protect my nail health or nail length. I was followed up to the register with 2 techs telling me I should take a picture next time and that each tech has their own supplies sometimes and that’s why the color nay be different. As a licensed professional I know that should not be and as a customer I was taken advantage, as a business you should find common ground and a solution to the problem not excuses! I paid for this horrible experience but I won’t patron this company again!"

"I decided to give it a try. The tech was drill happy and thinned my natural nails so much it hurt. I had asked him to soak off my gel but I guesss he had no patience. I only came in for a gel manicure. I use to have such nice natural nails. And today my nail cracked in half cause they are so thin. I’m so sad that my nails are so brittle and broken- right before thanksgiving."
