"I had a gel manicure, with a chrome finish and a pedicure done for a family wedding a few weeks ago. Dan, who I believe is the owner, did a wonderful job. I have two nails that have been compromised due to surgery which has destroyed my nail beds. He gently plays two artificial nails on those fingers. I went back one and a half weeks later to have it removed due to my two fragile nails and he spent an hour removing it all and only charged me $10. I would highly recommend Hollywood nails, he spent a lot of time with me and did a wonderful job!"

"I was excited to find a new place as I just started working in the area. Unfortunately this is not it. Bottom line whether whether the communication issue was on your end or mine ,you gave me a gel polish change that took an hour and 10 minutes when I told him I was on my lunch break ,without lotion or massage included, and charged me $45 for a pedicure. The gentleman was very rude and screaming and yelling at me. Bad business etiquette."
