"I don't have a problem with Burlington or the sales associates themselves, my issue is with the management/hiring team. Why is it that every time I set up a phone interview for a job position no one ever calls unless I call them and a worker will tell me "the hiring mangers aren't here right now" when are they ever in the store? Because it makes no sense on why this is the THIRD interview I scheduled in the morning today at literally 10 AM and no one calls me. I thought maybe y'all are really busy in the evening so I scheduled my interview in the morning, but nope, as usual no one calls me and I didn't even bother calling the store after 15 minutes because I know I will get the same excuse as always. It makes no sense and it doesn't give a good impression at all. Are you guys even hiring right now? Because If you guys can't simply call applicants, then don't do phone interviews anymore. Have them in person from now on because not calling applicants is just wasting their time. I'll apply again if the hiring team can get it together for once."

"Decent selection of inexpensive (usually cheaply made) threads & shoes. Service can be iffy but if you're willing to browse, you can find some good steals. Great deals on lotions, oils, hair sprays, etc. Slowly but surely, the quality of & brand names seems to improve."
