"EXTREMELY RUDE CASHIER (short old white woman) GOT UPSET WHEN I WALKED UP TO HER REGISTER AFTER SHE WAS CLEARLY FINISHED WITH THE LAST CUSTOMER. "The Silver Spring, MD Kohl’s (Cherry Hill Road) is always neat, well organized, tidy, and clean; very hard to do in retail and a high-traffic location. I’ve been disappointed shopping at other Kohl’s stores in the area and cannot help but compare them to the order and service received at the Silver Spring store. The Store Managers are visible and just as helpful as the store’s Sales Associates."
"I love coming here. Although I am used to shopping at the Kohl's in Kingstown, Virginia. I am glad I have one close to me when I relocated to Maryland. If I can't find what I want, I go online, order it and I pick it up from the store. Their pickup system is just great."
"Worst experience I’ve had shopping at a Sephora. I did not get the name of the two ladies working today but I just visited on 08/31/2023 at 01:30pm. From the moment we walked in, they were unhelpful. We asked many questions and were brushed off with “we don’t have that” repeatedly. I then asked if I could be helped with getting matched with a powder. One of the ladies flat out said “No. We don’t do that”, which is dishonest — that is exactly what Sephora does. We had two returns and although we don’t have the paper receipts, we do have the virtual receipt on the Sephora app as well as the credit card that was used. We did not ask for a refund — just store credit. The lady said they do not give store credit at their location. However, I called another Sephora store and they said that every Sephora location DOES issue store credit, and got it done at another location. I’ll never come here again."
"Great customer service at the Cherry Hill location, the young lady behind the register, Yaritza she is excellent! She asked if I have Kohl's rewards, I didn't even know I got one, after I punched my phone number turned out I had 10 dollars rewards! How great! The lines were long because of the great sales, but every register had a cashier so everything went fast."
