"Order online if you have extra wide feet. Or really wide feet in general. Staff seemed to be focused on their own stuff and weren’t really around to answer any customer questions."
"Been there a couple of times...nice setup and have a lot of inventory but zero customer service. I am sure not all employees are bad but what I see is a lack of management and training. At this occasion there was more that 5 customers in line to check out only have one person on the register helping the customer the rest, about 5 employees at the back of the counter pretending to be busy...talking laughing and scrolling there phone. Thank you for your business, but this is my last time in this store"
"Cool staff nice diversity of people from all over couldn't find much on the size 12 and 13 but manager was cool staff was cool the lady's back there filling out shoes that I was all in there way was cool definitely coming back and the guy was looking for heat and size 13 and 12s for me we couldn't find much but I did find a lot of hoodies and swear suits"
"We couldn't get anyone to help us. Every time we tried to ask for help as soon as we came within steps of anyone, they'd look our way and walk away. I don't know how they couldn't have seen us. One guy turned and started talking on his cell phone just as my 10-year-old was five steps away and said "excuse me." Nothing like seeing your kid be polite and get ignored when they are politely asking for help :( The trip was a bit of a bummer given how excited we were to check this store out. We made a special trip from D.C. Is this what Nike stores are like? We'll be heading to Pacers instead."
