I received constant communication via email and phone call confirming my pick, even the day of 30 minutes prior. The gentlemen who arrived were efficient and really took care with the items in loading and securing, ensuring safe travel back to the store. They were extremely nice and work so hard! Thank you all for making my donation a great experience!"
