"The two people at the door were very unpolite, simple polite questions were answered in an extremely rude way. One of them was super selective of who was let inside and who wasn’t. The store had a line which was let in all at once because it wasn’t very busy by 6:45 but still decided to “close doors” early and not let people in even though we waited the same time as people on the line."

"Terrible customer experience, the employee screamed at me because I unfolded some sweatshirts to see them. When I asked them for my size they wouldn’t even be bothered to check, they just said “we don’t have it” I don’t get why the attitude, you wanna pretend to be a fancy boutique that’s fine by me but then act the part completely with good customer service, or just let me help myself to the clothes I need."

"During travel in nyc and brooklyn for 10days, I visited 3times. I went to all of supreme store except of italy and germany. The best of shop i guess. Kindhearted staff even if it’s not supreme shop’s concept. Brooklyn is too much better than soho’s shop. 100%"

"Super cool staff. NYC skateboard legend Jefferson Pang helped us out and let us skate the bowl (after verifying my son knew how to skate transition and after we signed a waiver). We went on a Tuesday at 2 pm and there was no line. Super mellow."

"This is a street brand store. There are a lot of nice clothes that are comfortable and unique. New clothes come out every Thursday and the released ones don't come back with the same design. Collaboration with other brands makes a lot of cool products."
