Everything was clean and she took the nails tools straight from the sanitized packaging. They are so knowledgeable about nails and did a great job teaching me about the difference between different types of tips. I’ll definitely be returning regularly!"

"Friendly, personable, detail-oriented staff whose customer service surpassed any I have experienced at even the best nail salons! Top Coat is hip/modern, perfectly clean and inviting. I knew before they completed my pedicure that this was going to be my new regular salon - not only did the nail technicians make 150% sure I was satisfied, they are even willing to work with me to provide a nail service (French ombre with SNS) that I received at my previous salon. Top Coat clearly values its customers, and aims to turn every client into a repeat customer - they did so with me! I look forward to going back! Update - I have been back to Top Coat and now I ❤❤ it even more. I had my daughter with me, and the Top Coat staff couldnt have been kinder to her! Only $6 for her to have her nails painted ( other salons I've been to charge upwards of $10). I noticed the technician working with my daughter's nails did everything she could to get my LO excited about having beautiful nails, and keep her motivated to stay still under the drying machine. (Omgooodnessss- the nail dryer is like a mini disco party! Bright multi-colored flashing lights swiftly change color across the area where your hands drying. My LO was entralled.)"
