"The lady did not know how to properly drill nails off. She kept on drilling too thin in some spots and made me bleed. She also filed my cuticles way to low and charged 20 not including tip for nail removal."
"My dip job was done horribly. It took over 2 hours for them to do my nails. Lady was so rough and was hurting me. When my nails were finally done, she had me dry the top coat under a small fan. The top coat completely dripped down and my nails were fully bumpy. This already made me never want to come here again. Now, less than a week later 3 of my nails are completely chipped and cracked. I will never be coming back here again."
"Aggressive filing led my finger to get cut and start bleeding. Refused to shape my nails the way I requested and did a very amateur job at applying tips. Nails are very bulky and not filed properly on the sides giving an unnatural look to the tips."
