"I was happy at 1st until my nailtec Sunny started to give me attitude & over charged me without saying anything about xtra charge . She usually does a nice job but not this time ! I choose a classic color in Opi which was extremely wrong and she wouldn’t acknowledge it nor did she care less !! I’m done paying 60$ & getting overcharged for this kind of service !"

"Giving 1 star because it won’t let me give 0. I’ve been going to Sophia’s for years. I called this morning to make an appointment at the same time that my friend already had one. I spoke to someone and booked my appointment. When I showed up for my appointment, they told me they didn’t have one for me and couldn’t take me. Sunny didn’t care that I had called, picked up the phone, didn’t give me any eye contact and definitely gave no apologies. Seriously, not even one apology. I drive 30+ minutes to get to the salon, so I wasted over an hour in the car. I’m never going back again. HORRIBLE customer service."

"I have never seen a cleaner place in my entire life! Not even a hospital. Instruments are autoclaved and every surface is cleaned. Service was excellent, and the quality of the work was amazing. I think the owner only hires staff that are perfectionists; and when you are getting your nails painted, that is a skill / talent to value. Oh yes, the cost of both pedicure and manicure was very reasonable; especially for being in the Main Line."
