"The purpose of writing this review is that someone from upper management will see it follow up on this behavior. It's been almost three years since I have been shopping from Carters. It was the first time I was in this branch, and I would say poor customer service. The laidy who was in check out was not friends and unperfotional. she could not find my account by phone, which was wried because the branch is closed to me, they always pulled up my account by phone. Finally, she found it via email, and i am not sure why she was upset, and she did not hand the receipt to me and through it on the table."

The associate, Cindy, that helped us really went above and beyond explaining the deals and sales to us.
