"I've taken my daughters here enough times to see that the quality of service is consistently cold. The front desk receptionists seem friendly towards the office staff until you walk up to check in, and it seems as though you're inconveniencing them. I've called several times with questions or even just to set up appointments, and the person answering at this office is snappy and blunt. The culture of this office is surprisingly unfriendly considering it's a pediatric office."

"We've been using Silver Spring office for 15 years and have been very happy until today. I had 2 sick child appointments at 10:15am. We arrived 10 minutes early and were the only ones in the waiting area, soon others arrived, and the waiting area filled up. After waiting awhile everybody was called but us, so I asked the receptionist why we aren't called since we were the first one there. She said because their appointments were 9:45am and earlier. She said nothing when we arrived that they were behind the schedule. After waiting for an hour, we cancelled our appointment and left. What is the point of making sick child appointment when the waiting area is crowded, and you are waiting for hours."

"Today’s experience sucked. We visited the silver spring office for my son’s wellness checkup 15 minutes earlier than our appointment time as advised. We were waiting for a total of 1 hour and 15min in the lobby. Nobody cared to inform us that there’s longer wait time until we asked. We had to cancel our appointment after more than an hour of waiting. Update: I originally (12/21/21) gave one star for the above reason, but I had to come back and update. My 4 year old son had an early morning appointment two days ago. Everything went smoothly. We were taken inside and seen by the nurse and doctor on a timely manner. Dr. Pesce is the absolute best. He was very patient with us and made sure all our questions were answered. I didn’t want my bad experience 3 weeks ago throw off my rating."
