"We received excellent care here and I couldn't recommend them highly enough. Every doctor we've seen takes time to answer questions and is extremely kind and thorough. The staff is all excellent. Parking is tricky to figure out the first time, but is free and easy enough. We also tend to have longish waits for appointments, but so long as you plan for it, you leave knowing you've received excellent care"

She is professional, asks open questions and works through the pros and disadvantages of parenting approaches. She provides each family with so much time and has a positive, uplifting approach. "TLDR: care is good, admin is not We took our daughter to Friendship Pediatrics from birth to 18 months. We eventually left out of a combination of finding a more conveniently located practice and frustration with the administrative side of Friendship. Care: We were completely happy with the care we received from the various providers, particularly Dr. Moore (she's great!). Admin: 1) Even though we typically booked the very first appointment in the morning, we often had to wait to be seen and so 30-minute well visits often ran over an hour. 2) Getting the standard DC-required forms completed for day care enrollment took nearly 3 weeks and a few follow-up emails (it's a 5-minute form). 3) Friendship mis-coded an insurance claim and balance-billed us when the claim was rejected saying it was the insurance's fault. We paid $200 for preventative care that should have been covered by insurance because we didn't know better. Friendship has failed to correct the billing mistake and reimburse us despite us doing the work to look at multiple bills and figure out the coding mistake ourselves."

"My family loves Friendship Pediatrics! My two kids have received excellent and consistent care from all doctors and nurses over the past 5 years. We have always been able to be seen the same day, even late afternoon/evening, and on the weekend. The ability to call in for questions in the morning has been a lifesaver to get the doctor's thoughts on if we should come in or not, or to answer minor questions that don't warrant a visit. They have referred us to great specialists for a variety of issues as well and I completely trust their judgement. I love the personalized care and the community feel of the practice."
