"The African lady is nasty and unprofessional. You answer my call just to tell my to call back and click line 2. I called back and click line 1 and you still answer the phone. Then as I'm trying explain my situation in the middle of my talking all you hear is umhmm. Play with somebody else not me. I'm calling for my children it's not play time miss. Umhmm yourself to the unemployment office. A request I put in during October for all 3 of my children medical records. Which you stated it take 5 weeks. It's now January 2nd 2024. If I find out you miss handled me and my children by not submitting our request. Me and the office is going to have a bigger problem. I need my kids medical records. It's been 3 months since I requested it. More than 5 weeks ok umhmm. This place use to be nice and pleasant. I'm glad to see that it's funny playing with my kids health! Every review that a parent submits has been low. So it's unfortunate that you miss lady is helping the the establishment run straight into a ditch!"

"Where to start? They are down with one nurse practitioner and getting appointment is a nightmare. The front desk team will do everything in their power not to get you in. I don’t think I have ever been in a place where patients are unwanted and seen as a cause for problem vs the one paying for a service. What makes our children feel well is the care and love a doctor and other employee show them. Letting them feel not welcomed and hearing the intense conversation and push back is traumatic. My 4 years old has been super excited to have his flu shot and we called to extend the appointment and here we are at the office not knowing when he will be getting it. If you are running a pediatric office hiring one-on-one is putting a human at the front desk who can smile and find a wha to say yes not a decorator who commands and push back on everything!"

"The service here at this doctors office is horrible, you are better off going to another providers office. The wait time was long and then once seems the doctor tell you to go to another doctors. It’s ridiculous cause that could have been told before paying for a copay and wasting my time! Dirty office on top of that!"

"Terrible service! It seems they accept patients beyond their capacity. Low quality. Just rough service. Especially front desk peoples are lies a lot. Their work of hours says until 4:45pm; but you cannot find doctors after 2:30pm."

"The doctors are very nice here, but it is not worth the hassle with front desk staff. Very unprofessional and sassy. On multiple occasions my child’s appointment times were changed and we accommodated, but this energy is very one sided. We were 4 minutes late for a rescheduled appointment (they rescheduled) and couldn’t be seen. The next appointment was two weeks out. I understand, but at the same time it’s a little unreal."
