Finally a response at the end of the day that they were busy with other exports. Certainly on the best customer service when a potential new customer is planning to export there items in bulk."

"Berkeley Florist staff are some of the nicest and most honest people I have had the pleasure to meet. An online floral company named Ava's flowers tried to scam me and charge my credit card 600 for 3 arrangements for a funeral. Berkeley Florist staff recognized the scam and refused the order. They immediately contacted our family. With little time left to get the flowers, they graciously stayed after hours and made sure we had beautiful flower arrangements for the funeral the following day. They are extraordinary people and I highly recommend them for whatever your floral needs are."

"Berkeley Floral did the flowers for my small wedding ceremony. I didn't have anything specific in mind, just a bunch of ramblings about things I liked. With the non-specific answers I gave them they managed to give me exactly what I wanted! And they accommodated my special request for a wreath for my ring bearer tortoise, and even let me bring her into the shop to be measured. They are attentive and fairly priced here.
