"This small-town store is highlighted by the staff, headed by Mary, who is terrifically focused on customer service. Always friendly in a no-nonsense way, always ready to help. As you can imagine, staff turn-over is fairly frequent. Mary is the constant. Store is more organized and cleaner since she's been onboard. Sure, the occasional delivery cart is set aside for unpacking, but gone are the days when the aisles were blocked with unloaded carts and boxes everywhere. Like everything, it takes people who care--at every level, in every kind of job."

"There are some pros and cons. Pros: Friendly Staff / Very Curtious and Helpful. Store is clean, shelves are well stocked, and everything is in its place. NO ISSUES with staff, cleanliness, or stock. Cons: The layout of the store is a bit chaotic which can make things difficult to find. Isles are narrow giving the shoppers a "cramped" or "boxed in" kind of feeling, and the layout is a bit unstructured. There's no sort of flow to the store. The different sections/departments just kind of bounce around in an unorganized labyrinth throughout the store. It could be better organized, (which does not reflect on the staff.) Perhaps it is more of an issue for the GM."
