"Bought my Kawasaki Mule S X here. Personnel are very helpful and knowledgeable about the equipment. Reasonable hourly rate for service of outdoor equipment!!"
"Ridersville cycle is the best place to purchase your powersports. Very very happy with their pricing, it cannot be beat. Same with customer service, always top notch! Thank you!"
"Between my brother and I we have purchased 5 pieces from Harold, today marks the last day I will ever step foot on his property!! I drove two hours to get there and when I did I realized they did not open till 9am. I sat in my truck for a bit then decided to go around back and go ahead and unload the 4wheeler (just as I have several times in the past) I had for repair work. A nice man came out and said they weren’t open yet and that I couldn’t unload without the help of an employee, I asked him if he minded to help me and he agreed as well as took me in the shop to fill out a work order. We had good conversation and I thanked him and left, 5 minutes later i received a call from Harold telling me to “get my machine off his property, nothing is to be unloaded before 9 am as well as it must be washed”. The bike is 4 years old and used on a farm, yes it had some dirt, but not covered in mud by any means. I agreed to return, the same nice gentleman helped me load it back up and told me I could come back at 9:00 (which was in 25 minutes) I was nothing but polite to him and thanked him for his help. I could tell by his demeanor that he thought this situation was ridiculous, I did not say a word that i would not be back and left the property. What Harold failed to realize is that I was also there to purchase a new Ranger, but the way he spoke to me cost him a sale from me as well as anyone in my family from now on!! Be aware folks, Harold does not care about you as a customer, he’s only concerned about the sale!! His employees are top notch, I have only good things to say about them. I’m giving him 1 star because I can’t give any lower."
"A hidden gem after calling and visiting almost a dozen Can-Am dealers within a 4-Hour radius I stumbled across this place, what a pleasure to work with after dealing with high pressure sales and add-ons from other dealers. Dawn was a pleasure to deal with 2 phone calls maybe 5 minutes total and a quick online credit application and I was done quick and easy. They have a huge selection of vehicles and accessories at great prices plus they saved me nearly $3,000 that other dealers we're charging for Destination Freight and set up Etc. And a big shout out to Jody for saving the day after I messed up and brought the wrong trailer for the bike he gave up his day off to drive 3 hours each way to personally deliver my spider RT I can't say enough good things about the people there."
"Reviews and pictures reveal poor after-sales service and the owners attitude. However, if you're willing to travel outside the DMV area, unbeatable prices are available without additional fees. Consider drawbacks: Owners abruptness, failure to return calls, and customer responsibility for follow-ups. Here's my experience with purchasing two Kayo TS90 pit bikes from Ridersville's dealership: I contacted them on a Saturday morning for two units. They asked me to call back in 60 minutes to check if the second bike could be assembled since only one was built. About 12 people were ahead of us, waiting for their vehicle sales contracts to be filled out. While waiting, I inspected the bikes and found one leaking fuel from the petcock at 5 drips per minute. I alerted them, and they replaced the entire tank assembly from another TS90 onto the bike. During the wait, I explored the HONDA|Helmet side of the dealership. One person was eating at their desk, while another chatted behind the sales counter. When I asked for children's gear and helmets, they simply pointed to an area without approaching us, continuing their weekend plans chatter. Upon closer inspection at home, I discovered several problems: The wiring harness for the kill and starter buttons around the front frame was not properly secured, resulting in loose wires. Loose wires were at risk of being struck by the handlebar stop, as mentioned by other online reviewers. The rear shock absorber bolt was loose and not tightened. The metal wire holding the bike in the shipping frame had been cut from the frame but left around the rear axle. One ignition button had a stripped screw and was not adequately tightened. The most significant issue was the incorrect routing of the front brake line, visible in the pictures. This could cause the line to rub and lead to front brake failure. The hose already showed signs of wear from the short distance between the dealership and my house. Only three days later, one bike's battery died. The battery had a 2021 date stamp, indicating it was already two years old when sold in May 2023. I recorded a video showing the battery voltage drop and proved the charging system generated 14V when the engine ran correctly. I was advised to bring the bike back or go to a local dealership. When I mentioned the distance to Ridersville and the age of the battery, I was told they were following the owners instructions and suggested I purchase a battery locally as the best and cost-effective solution. After a second call to the owner, he assured me they would send a replacement battery. Despite it being a week before Memorial Day, I received no response. When I called back on the Saturday before Memorial Day, I was told to call later due to other paying customers. I felt disregarded, and the owner reminded me of the $650 savings per pit bike, implying gratitude for those savings. In summary, if you can accept compromised service and have the skills to thoroughly inspect the vehicle, ensuring proper installation of nuts, bolts, and wiring harnesses, you can benefit from the dealership's fantastic deals. However, if you're uncomfortable with these conditions, be aware that future issues may arise, as other reviewers have experienced problems due to the inadequate pre-delivery inspection. Envision the scenario of your children riding a motorcycle where the front brake malfunctions due to rubbing on the brake rotor, the rear shock suddenly detaches, and gasoline drips onto the heated exhaust, resulting in a fire. All of these issues could arise from the decision to save $650 by purchasing from Ridersville."
