"I have been going here for just over a year now; I never had any problems. Today I went in a hour before closing asked for a soak off, and for them to reapply dip along with a pedicure. They took me back to do my pedicure, and sent a few different ppl back to look at my nails. After the last girl came to look at my nails she started to do what I thought was the beginning of the soaking process. Instead she started prying at my nails to get the dip off. All my nails are the length of my actual nail!!! After she was done with the first hand I asked if she can please soak off the other hand. She walked away to speak with someone else. After my pedicure was done they sent me upfront to finish my nails. The girl then argued with me telling me my nails look they way they do bc I waited to long. I have been getting my nails done for years. I go once a month and NEVER had this problem. They didn’t even attempt to soak anything off. They were more worried about the time, and money instead of their customer!!"

"I’ve been going here for several years now. Never had any problems. I only go to Kim or Steven. It’s not a fancy place, but these two do great work. And their prices are very reasonable! I can’t really speak for the other technicians since I only go to Steven or Kim. The salon is always busy!! But easy to accommodate walk ins. Appointments are kinda iffy, so plan on them not taking you right on time."

"Experience was great! Everyone was very sweet working here and they all do a great job from what I can see. I didn’t have a wait but depending on when you go for a walk-in it could be busy. Nails look amazing"

"Emily was amazing! She understood exactly what I wanted. They are sharp and straight. I used to go to happy nails in exton but the last two times I went they really messed up my set. Then I got attitude because I needed them fixed.. I will be going to see Emily at moving forward!"

"I LOVE IT! They were wonderful doing my nails. And I love the results, the girl that did my nails was so gentle and really took her time. They provided great service and were really reasonable with the prices. If your looking to get your nails done I really recommend going here. Me and my mom will definitely be going back!"
