"I had a very VERY bad experience with this nail salon. The receptionist/ front lady desk treats me with the most disrespect I have ever gotten from anyone before. Every time I got there to get my nails there, my nails come off in less than 1 DAY forcing me to go back and get them redone. If anyone were to ever see this review, I strongly suggest to rethink about getting your nails done here."

"Dipped nails is the service I am reviewing. Absolutely terrible. I do not know her name but she is the only one I would consider a bit huggable in appearance, not stereotypical petite thin Asian build. She cut my nails crooked with my thumb nails shorter than my finger nails. I did not end up with a neat edge of color parallel to my cuticles, it’s a hurried sloppy edge. She used so much powder my nails have a bumpy appearance causing them to look malformed. She did a poor job when filing and left rough edges. Also there is color on my skin because she was so sloppy in applying the liquid between powder applications. Her work station was messy and I had to put my hands on a cold wet towel others used before me. The experience was awful. However, there are women working there who do a fabulous dipped nail service-fortunately the person I went with received beautiful looking nails and Moon did my friend’s nails. Make an appointment specifically with Moon and you will be happy with her service."

"I’ve been going to Hana for over 2 years and I usually get a natural set but when I do decide to switch things up she literally does not miss a beat! Hana and the entire salon is very welcoming. Hana is very accommodating with her schedule (I work an hour away and she always makes time to squeeze me in xo), great customer service and punctual with appointments, she takes good care of her clients and their nails. I will always recommend 100% Hana an Amazing Nail Tech!"

"Have been going to Hana for over two years. She has been amazing and become like family. She is one of the most talented nail artists in Lehigh Valley. I work an hour away and she has always accommodated my busy schedule and always given me the best advice to care for my nails. The staff at Bliss nails have always been friendly, clean and helpful. When I arrive they always greet me by name ask me how I am doing and my family. My husband even goes there to get his pedicures done by Vicky. I highly recommend anyone to Bliss Nails and if you are looking for a unique design I recommend Hana."

"First time coming here to get my nails done. Great experience! I had called last minute for an appointment on a Sunday and they fit me right in. I don’t often get my nails done and they all were very helpful and welcoming. They did exactly what I was looking to get on my nails (last picture is what I showed them) Two different ladies did my nails and both of them were great. I also had my toes done and I have one toenail that fell off years ago and they put a fake one on and it looks great! Very impressed. They will keep my business. Not sure about the pricing that people are talking about in other reviews, but I think they are worth it for the kind of service they give. ** update - if I could give these ladies more than 5 stars I would. One nail broke off 2 days after and I came in and they fixed it for free. I can appreciate that kind of business."
