"Please ZOOM IN . First off I always enjoyed going into David’s nail . Never had a problem dispute the ten times I’ve gone 3 of those time my nails look like trash , but I always give it a shot it’s very close to home and you know everyone has there bad days . Yesterday I decided to go in for a French gel tip on my toes . I had two false toe nails on my big toe . I wanted them removed my toe clean and the nails replaced back on . I like the false nail on my toe because it gives it more of a clean look . The owner of the shop David comes over to do my basic gel French tip pedi and took 2hours , long story short the man is to old can’t even sit on the chair because his back hurts . He kept getting up and down while doing my pedi . David embarrassed me (public humiliation) in his salon after I kept correcting him on my toe nails and the Crocked French tip lines after a while you can see the frustration on his face every time I corrected him to something David thinks just buy saying “I got you “ “your the boss” “it looks nice “ that the costumer is suppose to agree with poor workmanships David also told me no one wants to work with me because I’m too picky , I had no clue of this when I walked in that’s the reason the owner did my nails !I showed the wife my toes and all she said is well HE tried ! I asked for my $70 back and I was declined I even left a tip as I always do ! Word of advice you ALL need 2023 training if you think this pedicure is A1 , if I had time I would call the my lawyers for this establishment publicly humiliated me and making me feel uncomfortable the whole time .if the best you can do is TRY is very SAD ! NONE of the workers no how to do a decent pedicure that they put me with ! David will say it looks great but he clearly needs another round of laser treatment because child this toes are horrible ."

"Just left thinking and looking at my Pedicure. I called day before to make an appointment the gentleman on the phone really nice stated 28 for pedicure and I heard him say 5 dollars extra for gel. Arrive the gel pedicure is actually 15 dollars more. Okay I’ll do it. The lady doing my pedicure was not very social I ended up speaking more to the owner and the lady doing my friends pedicure than the lady doing my toes. When doing my white tips she seemed to be frustrated and could not get it. My toe next to my big toe on my right side is not straight. Then checking out I was charged 48. I paid it with out complaining. To get to my car and think wait 28 + 15 is 43. Guess they charged me extra for a French pedi and didn’t tell me that it was more charge. I rate a 2 cause I enjoyed that the place was very clean and calm but pretty disappointed. Looking at my pedicure it doesn’t look like almost 50 dollars worth."

"First time visiting this nail salon, and will be coming here from now on. I believe my nail tech was Sarah and from the start, she was wonderful. Made sure I sanitized when coming in and cleaned my chair before I sat down, so cleanliness is very important for them. Through the process, she asked if everything looked good so far to ensure I was getting what I wanted. I love my nails and she was very quick and quality was amazing. Thank you for a great first experience!"
