L B Nails

"Lumpy acrylic and dont go by appointment, then they rush on your nails. They talk about their costumers while you are there. They use a dirty vacuum on your nails and dont wash their hands and dont ask you to wash yours. Disgusting"

"I went there today September 2 2023. I was appalled at the service I received. I am a bigger female,I was told upon asking for a total massage that the chair ,would not allow anyone over 200 lbs. Not only was this extremely offensive but she was assuming what I weigh. Not only was that offensive to me ,but she said this infront of other customers The proper ,perfessional manner to do this would be to take me to a private area instead of making a blanket statement. Do not go here"

"Jena did an amazing job and throughout the entire process was asking me if everything was OK and if there is anything that I wanted to change and to be honest with you I don't think I've ever had a nail Tech really do that before and anything that I wanted her to change she fixed right away I would totally recommend going to here because she actually took her time and made sure that my nails came out really well $55 and a $10 tip. I will be going back!!"

"I got my nails done from this place and they look nice they just have a few things wrong with them . My nails were crooked, and some were different shapes. The polish got on my skin and they used a vacuum to clean off my nails."

"They did great work but watch out if your a big girl 200 pounds plus you can't use the massage chair because we will break the rollers(per the owner). But the lady I had was awesome!! I was definitely offended and happy I'm only visiting."
