"VIDEO CALL FOR ASTHMA appointment!!’ Don’t trust this doctor changed from in person to video call the morning of ….I a beyond I’m disappointed with our recent experience at this clinic. After a long 6 MONTHS wait for an in-person appointment for my child’s asthma, they switched it to a VIDEO CALL FOR AN ASTMAH on the day itself. We insisted on an in-person visit, given the nature of asthma, and they agreed but only for a video call with the doctor at the clinic. It was a 2 our delay due to weather, and with the challenge of dropping my other children off at different schools due to a two-hour delay, we arrived 5 minutes late. Unfortunately, the clinic was unsympathetic to our situation and cited it was not their fault. As a parent juggling multiple responsibilities, especially in challenging weather conditions, I expected more understanding and flexibility. This experience has led me to question the clinic’s commitment to patient care, particularly for children. I would advise caution when considering this doctor for your family’s needs.”"
