"Great pharmacy/pharmacist! Goes out of their way to be helpful. Rite Aid down the road in Monroeville was out of a critical drug. End of story for them and apparently not their problem to solve. Called the pharmacist at this store and he figured out a way to get the Rx filled. Real customer service!"

"Came here to pick up 2 prescriptions after visiting Med Express next door. I went directly to pharmacy so I can't say anything about the store or its employees. The lady who waited on me at pharmacy was so delightful. Very kind and inputted my info from the sheet that Med Express gave me. Told me my meds will be ready in 5 minutes...think it was less than that. She went over the instructions with me and the pharmacist put a treat in my bag. I can't make this store my pharmacy but I'm glad they're here if I need to visit Med Express."

"Really great group of people with the best customer service. Couldn’t ask for a nicer team of store associates or managers. I live in Penn Center so I frequent this store and have yet to have a negative experience, well except for a little run in with insurance but Pharmacist Jim was able to help me resolve that issue. He however will not let me live that down and we now have our own little inside joke."
