"I recently had a disappointing experience with Chipotle, as they failed to fulfill my order correctly. Not only did they make mistakes with my order, but they also promised to reimburse me for the inconvenience, which they ultimately failed to honor. Upon receiving my order, I noticed that several items were missing and some ingredients were incorrect. This was quite frustrating, as I had specifically requested certain items and paid for them. I immediately contacted Chipotle's customer service, and they assured me that they would rectify the situation by refunding the missing items. However, despite their initial promise, I never received the reimbursement they had assured me of. I followed up multiple times, providing all the necessary details and even offering to provide proof of purchase, but to no avail. It is disheartening to see a company make a commitment to their customers and then fail to follow through. As a loyal customer, I expected better from Chipotle. Their lack of accountability and failure to honor their word has left me feeling disappointed and frustrated. I hope they take this feedback seriously and work towards improving their customer service and order accuracy in the future."
"There is no clean seating area, and there were crumbs all over the place. Worst dining experience ever. Be careful when you sit. There is cheese glued on the seat, I had to put a napkin on the seat to avoid the cheese stick on my pants. We were asking for a manager, and the cashier told us the manager was busy. Mind you, this is when they just opened."
"I walked into the restaurant because the quality might not be great but is consistent. It was just around 5pm. I stood at the counter for about 10 minutes before someone walked up. I was never greeted, acknowledged or said hello to. So I started to order my bowl. I asked for extra fresh salsa - the server was incredulous that I asked. She picked up some on the tip of the spoon and dumped it in. I asked for more and was informed that I will be charged extra. OK. Same was with the sour cream. I have been going to this restaurant for 6 years because it is around the corner from my business. Not only will I not go there again, I will make sure to tell all to go across the street to District Taco and not come to this place ever again. I also have events at my club and I will make sure that all the attendees are aware of the rudeness of the staff. Go to District Taco, better food, same price!"
"I'll make this simple, Avoid this location. The BIGGEST TRESPASS a food service employee can make is being unsanitary. Upon arriving at the register at my exact pickup time only to wait longer for my order, an employee emerged from the restroom with trash bags in hand. Waiting to open the barricade he had set in the hallway so he could throw it away, I moved to let him through. However, this meant that he would sacrifice proper behavior for the opportunity to clock out ASAP by carrying those bags right through the kitchen & past all the prep space & food immediately. This whilst there was STILL a line of people to be served. Proper behavior for example is disposing of the trash right before leaving that night. Placing the bags behind the barricade & out of sight since the RR was closed anyway would have worked just fine. Pros: + Chips had the correct amount of lime & salt + Lots of parking Cons: - Unsanitary conditions - Pickup order was not ready on time. It was made and sat with several other bags (open) at the register instead of being placed on the shelves for Quick & Convenient pickup as appropriate - Incorrect rice was given making my order 7/8 correct rather than perfect. - Location was not well kept (see photo) - Not a single employee wore a mask (We don't care whether you're vaccinated or not, or if your state/company doesn't require it. Holidays are here, COVID cases WILL spike) - Even though chips had the flavor down unlike many other Chipotle's in the area, they were oily."
