"This was the best experience at any doctor's office. The entire staff was incredibly professional, warm, and friendly from the moment I got there. I specifically interacted with Kim, Dr. Ruben Khan, and Stephanie though the receptionist and the nurse in recovery were also wonderful. I wish I got their names. Even though there was a little bit of a wait, I appreciated having the tv to watch and that Dr. Khan acknowledged the wait when he came into the room to talk to me prior to the procedure. I joked with my husband that the pillows were 10/10 and more comfortable than the Marriott. Thank you, BACE team!"
