"The rite aid in shaler plaza on butler Street is truly the best pharmacy around.. I swear to God weather you are getting a prescription or buying some up front every single person in there is special.. Vince, Munn, Angie, Melissa, Shannon (pharmacy) Bonnie, Dave, Mark, and Elaine (coming back from surgery) Was missed.. Every single person actually makes you feel like you're important and that is very very unique to have every person there be so nice and helpful... I needed a pharmacy I felt comfortable at because of past experiences and I found my pharmacy at least 7 years ago and won't go anywhere else..."

"I waited over 30 minutes at the pharmacy for a prescription that was called in the day before. Not only did I wait but so did the 6 other people in line. We were not even acknowledged or apologized to. I have been to many rite aids and never had an experience like this. When you're sick you shouldn't have to wait like that. I only chose this one because of the location. I will not be going back."

"The Pharmacists and other employees are all extremely pleasant and service is quick. Selection is fair to good for a smaller pharmacy location and pricing on prescriptions as well as OTC goods seems to be fairly inexpensive compared to the competition. Store is also always kept clean. I cannot say enough good things about the staff here as they make a corporate store feel like a Mom and Pop shop. Highly recommend making this location your regular pharmacy."
