"By far this is the best crew working in this pharmacy! I always get great customer service and they are extremely helpful! Thank you!"
"I haven't been here. Do NOT park in the Ladle Parking Garage at Sidney St, Pittsburgh, PA 15203 - IT IS A SCAM! They do not clearly display the cost until you are stuck and parked and I was charged $14.74 to park for 29 minutes on a Sunday"
"I had a 12:40 appointment for vaccinations and didn't get my shots until 1:06. I can understand waiting 10 minutes, but 25 minutes? Not OK. Not even a thank you for your patience, sorry for the wait, or explanation for the delay."
"This store was nice and clean. The lady at the front was nice and helpful. They had none of the over-the-counter stuff I was looking for and while they did have some stuff that I needed to get, it was ridiculously overpriced. And not just, like, inflation has been crazy and things are overpriced, but like, compared to everywhere else overpriced. Then they gave me a survey asking about if someone greeted me when I walked in. I could care less about that. I care about not being taken advantage of, and having basic stuff that you would find at a pharmacy. Like most humans, I have a budget that I need to stick to, and I have a limited amount of time to do things like shop. Apparently Rite-Aid is trying to appeal to the other kind of humans that have all the time and money in the world, and who care if they're welcomed into a place where they don't have what you need."
"Arrived 15 minutes before close and the doors were locked. I only needed to grab 2 things so I wasn't going to be in for more than 5-7 minutes. I stood at the door for a few minutes while 2 associates inside the store avoided looking my way. Very unprofessional. I know at least 1 of them saw me. If they close early for specific reasons they could have at least acknowledged me at the door and informed me of the reason why they were closed before 10pm."
