"As previous reviews said, terrible treatment of customers. After I got a new credit card and missed a payment because the old card expired, they cut my lock and hit me with exorbitant late fees. Didn’t have my proper contact details on file, didn’t contact me until I showed up myself to access my unit and couldn’t get in, no leeway or flexibility. This seems to be part of their business model. Avoid this company."

Edited to add... It's now been a few months. I had some trouble paying my bill.. these guys are absolutely amazing!
