"This pharmacy does not care about its patients - my prescription that used to be $5 was now $600. Instead of helping me find coupons or alternatives, they just stared at me and asked if I still wanted it while I cried at the counter and other people in line comforted me. I came back into the store to buy an otc alternative after sitting in my car and googling - I heard the pharmacists just blasting everyone who had been in line when they didn’t think anyone was there. I’m absolutely going somewhere else - if you’re going to be that heartless find a different job"

"Customer service has gone completely downhill. The cashier 12/27/23 7pm was disengaged. It’s weird that after you finish your purchase there’s nothing. Not do you need a bag. Nothing. Just back to his cellphone. What happened that there is no accountability today for poor service. Rite Aid please retrain this cashier."

I'm very blessed to have a pharmacy so close to home that goes out of their way to take care of their patients."
