"They did an absolutely amazing job!! Start to finish I couldn't be happier. Phil and his son came out right away to give a quote for my furnace. They were incredibly friendly! They were so much more fair and reasonable than the 2 other quotes I received, by a lot!! My furnace then broke on a Sunday, 5 days before my scheduled installation date. Gonzalo came out and was great! Did his best to get it running for a few more hours and then when called again he brought me space heaters to get us through before they then came Monday morning to replace the furnace instead of that Friday. Considering I have a 3 month old daughter to keep warm, I greatly appreciated this. Phil was out of town taking his son back to college and was still in contact with his tech Gonzalo about my situation. Shows true dedication to their customers. I will 100% be using them again!!"

"I think Carmen did a very good job. I think it’s a mystery where that medium roaring sound comes from when the furnace turns on. My son came and checked it out and he couldn’t find anything and he’s can fix anything. But I guess I just needed to know that it was OK. You service, my furnace and air conditioner every spring and I will continue to do that. I think Carmen’s been here another time. I don’t think I will do the furnace cleaning or the air purifier at this time. I think the portable units work OK for now. Have a merry Christmas, Barb Guelcher"
