"This review solely reflects the RECEPTIONIST! She’s rude. Her job is to answer phones and talk to paying customers, emphasize “paying”… frustrating enough having car issues but, having to deal with a rude receptionist is just ridiculous. The mechanics are kinda and knowledgeable, I give them 5 stars."
