"I thought this was a donation company for people to purchased used good quality item's. I called about them picking up a couch in perfect condition. He came to see it and passed on it because HIS wife is allergic to cats. If its for customer's, this seemed odd. I've seen furniture outside their store for sale. My thoughts are you just screwed someone who may not care about cats out of a really nice quality piece of furniture. Not even thrift or consignment shops turn stuff away if it's in great condition.
