"The workers are the worst... Stop by to grab something an the dor says open at 11am on Sundays but door is still locked at 12:30pm an workers just standing around looking at me like I have two heads......"

"Hate is a strong word, but I really hate the workers and the staff that work there they all need to be fired. I don’t need an attitude every time I come in to buy a pair of shoes like you’re doing me a favor. I’m tired of trying to start a conversation and you giving me a dirty look. All of you. This is the worst DTLR, and has a reputation for it. Every other DTLR seems to be decent or great. I will not shop here again. If I can get us a lower score, I would. Truthfully, I would just love to see them all get fired like I said unfriendly, bad attitude, and dirty looks the way they acted like I did something to them I guess buying a pair of sneakers rub them the wrong way.."

"Always great deals ! Found some nice shoes for a great price ! Customer service sucks though. Half of the sales associates were so nice then the person whom checked us out just ignored us and didn’t say anything as we left. Should just order on line and probably have a better experience"

"Even though the South side store is closer when I’m in town I stop in. Everyone is helpful and I never wait long. Very attractive staff, clean store , and the music is always on point. Pittsburgh is small and not urban like other cities in America so Sneaker Villa is the best urban shoe store some of us can relate to it definitely be POPPIN and I’ve been a customer for years!"

"I go to footlocker expecting the freshest sneaks. But no i had to go down the street to the villa. Every pair of shoes i buy there are the newest ones out and since i have small feet I get good prices. I always buy my sneaks here. They also have nice clothes too. The only thing i have a problem buying here is socks go figure!"
