"I was a first time patient. I called to make an appointment to see about getting my cat spayed. A man answered the phone and was so incredibly rude I called back to cancel my appointment. I was absolutely shocked. My family has gone to this vet for decades but I can't, in good conscience, give people money who speak to people so disrespectfully and lack the basic skills required to interact with other human beings. That dude needs a serious attitude adjustment and I will never go to applegove again."
"God bless you guys. The doctor saved my dog and took care of my pups. Shelby was outstanding. Kind and compassionate. I dont know what we would have done without them. I will never go anywhere else. Words cannot express my gratitude enough. Thank you"
"The front desk reception is very nice, I’ve been going here a few years. The docs are pretty good too, I’ve had no complaint until I took my little Sasha to get her anal glands done and check for itching. Kate Sharp and the assistant came in and as soon as they did I could hear her mood she must have had a bad day, I told her what was going on and how stressed she was being here, she was pretty cocky on the oh poor baby ,, then they held her grabbed her tail and but her behind up and made a comment on her hair being thick and Kate shoved her finger in her behind and my little Shih Tzu let out a cry so hurtful , I wanted to cry myself , then she moved her finger around and expressed her gland and a little tiny bit came out on her finger and she said oh yeah she was packed, I was in total shock my little dog cried and growled while she had shoved her finger in with no lubricant or care at all, after that it wasn’t over she pulled her tail up and sprayed her butt with spray and said all done! They came back in and gave her two shots one I held her and she yelped again, she was so scared she peed on the floor I never seen her do that, I was in shock I wanted to say something but I was in aww, of the ignorance she showed toward my little 10 lb dog. I will not be back to see that female vet ever again. !!!"
"I am newer to the area and have been trying to find a vet for my dog Dixie. Dixie has anxiety and we had not found a good fit, the vet I had previously utilized had created more anxiety for and it wasn’t a therapeutic environment. I would highly recommend Apple Grove and am astonished at the positive experience I had. The staff was honest, did not push extra services on me, were cost efficient and clearly loved their jobs and their patients. They assisted in creating a better vet experience for both my fur baby and myself."
