"No one calls back.. well they do if you consider 3 or 4 days later a call back.. the phone connects you to another line half the time that hangs up on you.. quick to diagnose you without knowing for sure whats wrong with you. they have diagnosed me with strep 3 times . all 3 times I was negative and ended up positive for other things. Of course I have to go this week and im already dreading it.... oh and my primary dr left to another building and none of her patients were notified. I know 2 other ppl who use her and they didnt know she left either! they actually STILL havent told me she left! I found out from one of the people I know who use her!"

"I brought my kids here on Wednesday 10/26/22. This front desk staff was amazing! I really would like to say thank you to their Team Lead Rashida for assisting my kids with exceptional care! Also the nurse made my kids feel very comfortable for treatment."

"I never had a bad experience at Breton Care (as with the others around here), as I didn't yesterday either. Everybody was very friendly and helpful, from the receptionist to the nurse and the doctor/PA who treated me with the right medications. If you go after the "popular times" you can be in and out within 30 minutes , which happened yesterday afternoon."

"Everytime i have come here i have a scheduled appointment for my daughter and it still takes 45 min to an hour to get seen. While we are waiting on the appointment usually the front desk chit chats rudely about patients and complain about the work they have to do. They are very disorganized and unwilling to answer questions or concerns regarding the appointment paper work. Ive even seen nurses come up tapping on peoples shoulders asking if they are ready. The rooms once you get back there are very dirty. The doctor refuses to let me know the growth chart for my daughter and when asking the nurse to obtain it she says they usually dont show the parents. I really wish i didnt have to go to this office. Its dirty and i feel terrible bringing my daughter here."
