We've been with Erie for quite a few years; our original agent in Huntingtown transferred us to Bahr when he retired around 2008/09 ish. I thought our original agent was good, but we quickly learned that transfer was a significant gift to us as with the added passion and extensive knowledge of policies that Matt possesses. Matt Bahr and his team work HARD to save their clients' money! If there's a discount to be had, they'll find it. I'm guilty for waiting till after hours to connect, but that's ok, thanks to Christine's email responsiveness. I'm not sure I've ever gone more than 4-5 business hours without a response. Matt Bahr and his staff have consistently been quick to respond anytime I have left a message, always courteous, and genuine in their effort to try to get me the best value for my money. They have also helped when we dealt with accidents caused by other drivers, helping us get our cars into the shop quickly and back on the road, while the claims adjusters and the lawyers worked things out with the other driver’s insurance company. I can’t say enough good things about this insurance agency."
