"Great experience. After a back injury, this team evaluated my injury, and came up with an exercise treatment plan to get my back and core pain free and strengthened to prevent reinjury. They explained each exercise well, and challenged me when I was ready to advance. Jean, John, and Lisa were wonderful to work with, and I’m very thankful. Even when it was busy with a few patients exercising, they were there with support and guidance when needed. Scheduling was done weekly, and was very flexible if I needed to change a time."
