"Worst pharmacy. Do not recommend 0/5. I needed to get a medication due to being in an extreme amount of pain and I understand it was going to be over $100 and I was okay with paying that. They did not call me and inform me that they needed a payment before the medication would be available to me. I called them 3 times in 3 days and not once did they inform me of this. I ended up having to call a different pharmacy and they informed me of all of this. Not to mention the staff was extremely rude to me. The pharmacist is also very unknowledgable and rude too."

"I just left the CVS on west 6th st. In Erie PA. and I have never dealt with such incompetence and uncaring attitude about my medication eye drops!!!! Very disappointing the man was rude and not helpful at all. Will be changing pharmacies. It’s A 0 rating in my noon after giving them my business for years!!!!!"

"Just went to pick up a prescription that was out of stock yesterday they still didn’t have it today. 10 minutes before their lunch they scrambled to find me a CVS in the area that could fill it. Then called to make sure the information was correct and I wasn’t running around for no reason she was so kind and did all of this while helping the employee at the front counter and another customer as well it was awesome!!!!"

"This pharmacy staff is horrible, from the manager down to all 3 technicians that I have dealt with over the past 2 days...they are the rudest and most uncompassionate employees I have come across. Not a single please, thank you, I'm sorry we can't fill this, not a single sign of caring, just quit bothering me. I'll never shop here, again."

"Hands down the most disrespectful pharmacist I have ever spoken to. My boss had to get on the phone to call in a prescription that I could have called in as a veterinary nurse but the pharmacist hung up on me. Our client will not be using this pharmacy due to the way this was handled."
