"Went in to get nails for my engagement photos. I scheduled an appointment and everyone was very nice. However, when I arrived for my appointment I had to wait 3 hours to get my nails done. I was then told I couldn't get the design I wanted even though I was assured when I made the appt that they could do the design. This was a very important event so I was very disappointed. I had my nails done on Sept 28th and today, Oct 13th, the middle nail snapped off. I am very upset that I paid $85 for nails that barely lasted two weeks."

"I was a walk in and they took me in right away. I bring my own tools and polish. Everyone working here is friendly and accommodating. Luke was my tech, he’s very nice and did an excellent job with my pedi. Btw, they use plastic liners in their tubs. I will be coming back. Update: Went back and noticed two lady workers laughing at a customer. Idk what they were saying but it made the customer (and me) very uncomfortable. Luke was there and seemed very friendly ignoring the coworkers."

"It was my first time going to this nail salon. I was hesitant because I have a main salon I use but I wanted to try somewhere new. And I don't regret going there one bit. The staff was so friendly. The nail tech gave me suggestions on shapes and colors and what would look good with my skin tone. And even after I was finished she seen a few things that were messed up before I even noticed and fixed them before I left. Overall a very good experience. I will definitely be going back."

"Wow!! I am so happy that I tried Queen Nail Bar. I don’t get my nails done often because I have short nails and I typically find that its hard to end up with the look I want but this was not the case here. Alex was amazing, he looked at the picture I showed him and checked in with me and got it perfect. He was so patient and didn’t rush at all (and they were super busy). So impressed. I also had a spa pedicure with Tam. She was super sweet and did an amazing job making me feet cleaned up and soft for summer. She was the one who recommended that i try dip instead of acrylic for my nails and helped me pick a color too. The salon is bright and clean and open and the prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend."
