"Great 1st time experience. Staff was wonderful. My procedure was on a morning after we got snow and there was no heat in the building. So Plant Ops purchased heaters for staff and tried their best to make sure there was heat. With that being said staff was caring and concerned for me. I love how many have told me it’s the best sleep you’ll get and guess what it was. I like how I was out so quickly afterwards and hearing amazing results. Dr. Moran was fantastic. Thank you for making my 1st experience comfortable."

They were friendly enough; however, one thing bothered me: Almost no one caring for me before, during, or after my procedure introduced themselves or stated their role (shout out to the CRNA who did so).
